How to contact a Judge?

You’ve filed a case and have a judge assigned. How do you know who the judge is and how to contact them?

  1. Go to Court Connect and search using your case number.

    1. https://caseinfo.arcourts.gov/opad
  2. Click on the blue link under the “Case Number” section.

  3. This will take you to your case page.

  4. Scroll down to the “Case Summary” section and look for the “Case Participants” section.

  5. The judge’s name will be listed there.

Each judge has a “Trial Court Administrator” who helps schedule hearings.

Important note: The Trial Court Administrator cannot give legal advice. They are there to schedule hearings and can help you with those details. If you have legal questions, they will direct you to speak with an attorney.

To contact the Trial Court Administrator, visit arcourts.gov/directories/trial-court-administrators.

You can search using the judge’s name.

The Trial Court Administrator’s contact info, including their address, phone number, and fax number, will be listed there.
