Britnie Byers, Attorney at Law

Dedicated Legal Advocate | Business Law | Public Service

I’m Britnie Byers, an attorney committed to justice, equity, and public service. My work spans civil litigation, family law, domestic violence cases, business law, and estate administration helping individuals and communities navigate complex legal challenges with confidence.

I started my legal career as a public defender in Missouri before shifting to civil law at the Center for Arkansas Legal Services. Along the way, I’ve partnered with organizations like Our House, the Veterans Legal Assistance Project, and 100 Families to ensure equal access to justice for those who need it most.

I earned my Juris Doctor from Southern Illinois University Carbondale School of Law, where I was honored with the Frank Bietto Memorial Scholarship. As the first lawyer in my family, I’m passionate about using my legal knowledge to make a real difference in people’s lives.
